1. You have acquired a time series experiment with one or more channels. The experiment is open and the first time point is displayed in the 2D view.

1. Select the MeanROI tab from the image view tabs in the Center Screen Area.
2. The MeanROI view opens.

1. You are now prepared to start working with the MeanROI view. The following chapters will show you the first steps.
