Method

Selects the method that is used for segmentation.

Segment Region Classes Independently

For each defined region class the specified image channel is segmented using the class segmenter which can be defined in step Automatic Segmentation of the image analysis wizard.

ZOI (Zones of Influence)

Constructs a zone of influence (ZOIs) and a ring around each primary object.

3D Segmentation

Only available if you have licensed the 3D Image Analysis functionality.
Uses a segmenter optimized for 3D analysis. For each defined region class the specified image channel is segmented using the class segmenter which can be defined in step Automatic Segmentation of the image analysis wizard.

OK

Saves the segmentation method selection for the current setting and closes the dialog.

Cancel

Closes the dialog without saving.
