This method creates a Kymograph. The input image has to be a time series image containing a line-like graphical element (a line, arrow, curve or polygon curve) which is not locked.

Description

Graphic Tool

Selects the desired graphic tool from the list. All graphic tools that can be used are visible in the dropdown. Note that the tool must be selected in the image as well.

Width

Adjusts the width of the graphic tool (in pixel). This determines which pixels are used to calculate the average gray value along the width.

Position Z

Only visible for z-stack images.
Selects for which z-plane the processing is executed.

Channels

Selects which channels are used for creating the Kymograph.

Uses all channels of the image.

Visible

Uses only the channels that are currently selected and visible in the image view.
