Description

Subtract Background Using Thresholds

Activated: The previously defined grey values of the thresholds (Thresholds tab) are subtracted from each pixel prior to analysis.

Deactivated: Pixels below the defined thresholds are displayed in the FRET image and are not part of the analysis (value and area).

Exclude Saturated Pixels

Activated: Pixels which are saturated in at least one channel are not considered for analysis.

Include Threshold Pixels

Activated: Pixels with the same grey value as the defined thresholds are part of analysis.

Apply Palette

Activated: The FRET image is displayed color coded.

Show Palette

Activated: Displays a palette of the FRET values within the FRET image and a palette of the channel colors in the raw data image.
