To export multichannel images, see the following description. Not all the parameters are used in this example. For a description of all available export parameters, see Image Export.

  1. You have acquired or opened a multichannel image.
  1. On the Processing tab, select the function Image Export. Alternatively, click File > Export/Import > Export or press Ctrl+6.
  2. The export options are displayed in the Parameters tool. Make sure that Show All is activated to see all options.
  3. Merged Channels Image is activated by default. This means that the pseudo color image (mixed color image from all channels) is also exported as an individual image.
  4. In the File Type section, define the format for your image to be exported.
  5. Based on your selection, the displayed options might change.
  6. Activate Individual Channels Image to export an image from each channel.
  7. To change the folder where to save the images, for Export To click .
  8. A file browser opens.
  9. Navigate to the folder and click OK.
  10. You have changed folder for saving.
  11. Activate Generate zip File to generate zip files.
  12. Activate Create Folder to create a subfolder with the name of the prefix.
  13. Define a Prefix for naming your exported images. The default prefix is the name of your image. For information on naming conventions, see Naming Convention for Image Export.
  14. Click Apply at the top of the Processing tab.
  1. You have exported images of the individual channels and a pseudo color image of your multichannel image and automatically saved them (as a ZIP archive) in the defined folder.
