You can run parts of your workflow, or even just individual steps. This can, for example, be helpful if you want to check the parameter settings of a tool during the setup of a workflow.

  1. You are on the Workflow tab and have opened a workflow, see Opening a Workflow.
  1. To run the workflow only until a certain step, select the entry in the list and click Run to here. Note that there needs to be input data available.
  2. The partial workflow execution starts and runs to the selected step.
  3. To execute a single step, for example during setup, select it in the list and click Run in the step header. Note that there needs to be input data available.
  4. The selected workflow step is executed and the parameters set in the respective tool are applied.
