Microscopy Copilot
Microscopy Copilot may occasionally provide incomplete, wrong, or outdated answers. Use the provided information with caution.
This module offers an advanced AI assistant trained to help you with the software functionalities for confocal microscope systems. You can open the assistant by clicking on the icon in the bottom right corner of ZEN.
Limitations
Currently using Microscopy Copilot has the following limitations:
- Active internet connection is required.
- Available for all LSM devices except the LSM 780 and Celldiscoverer 7.
- Only available if you have started ZEN system.
- Not available for systems in China.
- Only available in English.
Using the Microscopy Copilot
- You are connected to the internet.
- You have started ZEN system with a connected LSM.
- In the bottom right, click the Microscopy Copilot icon.
- The window opens.
- Click Login. Alternatively click Start a conversation.
- The login screen opens.
- Enter Email and Password for your ZEISS ID account, then click Sign in. Alternatively, if you do not yet have a ZEISS ID account, click Sign up and follow the respective steps.
- If the login is successful, the chat interface opens.
- Type your question into the text field at the bottom and click Send.
- Your question is sent and an answer is displayed as soon as it is available.
- To log out of the chat interface, click Logout.
- You are logged out and the start screen opens.
