This module offers an advanced AI assistant trained to help you with the software functionalities for confocal microscope systems or selected widefield microscopes. You can open the assistant by clicking on the icon in the bottom right corner of ZEN.

Limitations

Currently using Microscopy Copilot has the following limitations:

• Active internet connection is required and the port 44567 needs to be open.
• Available for all LSM devices except the LSM 780 and Celldiscoverer 7.
• Available for selected widefield systems: Axio Imager and Axio Observer.
• Only available if you have started ZEN system or ZEN pro.
• Not available for systems in China and Hong Kong.
• Only available in English.
