1. To export a workflow, you have opened it, see Opening a Workflow.
2. To import a workflow, you need to have a workflow available for import.

1. Next to the Workflow dropdown list, click and select Export.
2. A file browser opens.
2. Navigate to the folder where you want to export the workflow to and click Select folder.
3. The currently opened workflow is exported and saved at the selected location.
3. To import a workflow, go to the Workflow dropdown list, click , and select Import.
4. A dialog for importing workflow templates opens.
4. For Source Directory, click .
5. A file browser opens.
5. Navigate to the folder with the workflow(s) you want to import and click Select folder.
6. The file browser closes and all workflows available in the selected folder are displayed in the import dialog.
6. Activate the checkbox for every workflow you want to import and click Import.
7. The selected workflows are imported and can be opened and used in ZEN.
