Step 2: Selection of Dye Spectra

With this step you select dye spectra in the table of the Center Screen Area, see Dye Selection Table.

Parameter	Description
Unmixing Database Folder	Defines the name of the folder that is created for the unmixing database.
Show Spectrum	Activated: Displays a chart with the currently selected spectrum in the Center Screen Area below the table with dye spectra. Deactivated: Displays the selected czi image in the Center Screen Area below the table with dye spectra.
Back	Goes back to the previous step.
Next	Continues to the next step.
Cancel	Cancels and closes the wizard.

Dye Selection Table

Parameter		Description
File Name		Displays the file name. The image of the currently selected entry is displayed below the table.
–	Select	Opens a file browser to select an image.
–	Delete	Deletes the selected file.
ChName		Selects the channel in which the dye is most visible with the drop-down.
Dye		Defines a name for the dye for later reference.
AF		Selects the channel which mostly represents pure autofluorescence with the drop-down.
