This method allows you to use and individually configure two different algorithms for Apotome Plus. Two tabs are available for detailed configuration:

• On the Apotome Plus tab, you can select the desired algorithm and define the precise settings for it, see Apotome Plus Tab.
• On the PSF Settings tab, you can see and change all key parameters for generating a theoretically calculated PSF, see PSF Settings Tab Apotome Plus (adjustable).
