Image Acquisition

If this option is selected, you can acquire an image by the help of the Layer Thickness Measurement wizard.

The wizard guides you through the image acquisition. Then you can export the image to ConfoMap for further processing.

The wizard is started by the Start button at the bottom of the tool.

Load Z-Stack

If this option is selected, you can load an existing confocal z- stack from the file system.

Therefore simply click on the folder icon and select the z-stack image from the file system.

Start

If you click on this button, the Layer Thickness Measurement wizard (see chapter >) is started.
