This step enables you to set the exposure time for each channel.

Select Reference Slide

Selects the reference slide with the two drop-downs. The first selects the tray, the second selects the slide.

Onboard Slide

Loads the respective tray and slide, and executes an overview experiment.

Autofocus

Starts an autofocus search with the focus strategy defined in the reference profile.

Auto Exposure

Starts an automatic exposure time measurement for all channels.

Live

Starts a live acquisition and displays the live image in the center area of the step.

Snap

Acquires a single image (snapshot) and displays it in the center area of the step.

Channel Table

Displays all channels of the profile and their exposure time.

Marker

Displays the channel name.

Dye

Displays the dye name.

Exposure Time

Displays and sets the exposure time for the respective channel.

Auto

Starts an automatic exposure time measurement for the respective channel.

Reset

Resets all exposure times to the values of the reference scan profile.

Record Exposure Time

Saves the current exposure time settings and displays them in the list of the section below.

Recorded Exposure Times

Displays a section with saved exposure times. Each recorded measurement is added as a column.

Marker

Displays the marker and the saved exposure times.

Delete

Deletes the currently selected entry of saved exposure times.

Use Minimal

Sets the smallest value of the saved exposure times as the exposure time.

Use Average

Sets the average value of the saved exposure times as the exposure time.

Back

Goes back to the previous wizard step.

Finish

Saves the changes and closes the wizard.

Cancel

Closes the wizard without saving.
