Here you can adjust the measurement parameters.

Description

Profile mode

Here you can select the profile mode for the measurement:

Arrow

If selected, you can draw in an arrow in the profile. This will measure the profile along the drawn in line of the arrow.

Rectangle

If selected, you can draw in a rectangle to the profile. This will measure the profile in the whole area of the rectangle.

Add measurement to table

If you click on this button, the measurement result will be added to the measurement table at the left side. In this table you can rename your profile and correct the result by the refractive index.

Save selected profile

If you click on this button, the selected profile will be saved as .czt file.

Save Z-Stack

If you click on this button, the Z-Stack image will be saved as .czi file.

Save table

If you click on this button, the table will be saved as .czt file.
