Dye Selection Table

File Name

Displays the file name. The image of the currently selected entry is displayed below the table.

Opens a file browser to select an image.

Delete

Deletes the selected file.

ChName

Selects the channel in which the dye is most visible with the drop-down.

Dye

Defines a name for the dye for later reference.

AF

Selects the channel which mostly represents pure autofluorescence with the drop-down.
