This method saves the single blocks/dimensions (Tiles or Positions) of a multiblock image (i.e. image of an inhomogeneous experiment) in a folder in .CZI format.

Split Mode

Choose the mode how to split the multiblock image.

Homogeneous groups

Splits the multiblock image into the single dimensions. The blocks will remain.

Single blocks

Splits the multiblock image into single blocks.

Display field

The path of the destination folder is displayed automatically in the display field. To change the folder, click on the button to the right of the display field.
