The Magic Wand tool selects the object based on the intensity range detected in the area under the mouse cursor.

1. The Magic Wand tool must be selected.
   

1. Use the Channel Visibility panel to select the target channel(s).
   
2. Move the Magic Wand cursor over the structure of interest.
3. The detected structure will be highlighted.
   
3. Left-click to confirm the object.
