1. Open the Analysis workspace.
   
2. Inside the Analysis panel, click on + New Pipeline.
   
3. Set the Input ROI options. The active Pipeline, if any, will be replaced by the new one. Please refer to arivis Pro Help for further details.
   
4. Click + Add operation… to add a new operator.
   
5. Inside the Add Operation window, open the Use segments group (Special) and select the Python Segmenter Modifier operator.
   
6. Click on … to load the python script MATRYOSHKA_DOLL_revE1(4_4)_OP.
