1. Open Preferences > Analysis > Cellpose in arivis Pro.
2. Locate the configured Cellpose model directory.
3. Copy the converted ONNX model(s) into this folder.
4. In the Cellpose-Based Segmenter operation, click Refresh.
5. The newly added models will appear in the Cellpose model drop-down list and can be selected directly.
