Parameter

Description

Name

Shows the name of the column. To rename the column, uncheck the Auto name box.

Type

Defines the type of aggregation to be performed for the column.

–

Object count

Counts the number of segments for a specific tag.

–

Object feature

Selects one object feature for the selected tag to be aggregated (e.g. mean intensity).

–

Calculation

Calculates the product or ration between two features (e.g. count of red nuclei/count of total nuclei).

–

Metadata

Adds a column to the aggregation table that contains metadata information from the file (e.g. Image type or Image name).

Save and close

Saves the configuration and closes the dialog.

Cancel

Closes the dialog without saving the configuration.

Depending on the selected Type, the corresponding parameters are displayed.:

Type: Object count

Parameter

Description

Input

Selects the output tag whose objects are counted. Available output tags are defined by the pipeline operations.

Gradient

Selects the color gradient used to visualize the aggregated values in the heatmap.

Range

Defines the value range shown in the legend in the Data Aggregation dialog. When Fixed is selected, enter the minimum and maximum values manually.

Type: Object feature
