The information displayed in your reports is based on the report template and differs if you performed an oil cleanliness analysis, or a component cleanliness analysis.

For oil cleanliness job templates, the standard ZEN core Report workbench is used.

For component cleanliness job templates, the TCA Report workbench is used. You can use the TCA Report workbench to customize your report during the workflow, see TCA Report Workbench.

If you have licensed the GxP module, you need to sign a report before saving it.

First Page

The report displays general information, as well as sample and process related data entered to the input form.

  • For components: System data and microscope data are displayed automatically added by the software.
  • For oil: The input form is added to the report as an image. The parameter can be modified in the Create Form Image tool, see Create Form Image Tool.

Results Presentation

This sections displays results depending on the selected standard, in addition the Particle Gallery with the particles per type with information on particle ID, size, and type.

  • For components:The analysis results are displayed, including the following:
    - histogram charts and an extended table of the histogram chart
    - scatter plot
    - particle size classification tables
    - particle height measurement results table (optional)
    - total equivalent particle area (optional)
    The report content and layout is dependent on the configuration made on the TCA Report workbench. Additionally, you have the Cleanliness Classification and the results of the Illig value calculation.
  • For oil: The report displays the particle size classification table(s).
  • The cleanliness codes are displayed below the table.
    Example: Cleanliness classification (class All without fibers): ISO 4406 code (≥5 µm / (≥15 µm): -/23/18.
  • If you have created EDF images, they are displayed.

Global Information

In this section, the report contains the following:

  • An overview image with the Occupancy Rate.
  • A table with overall system properties. For a component cleanliness analysis, you can also deactivate the display of this table.

HYDAC Data (For Components)

If you use cleaning cabinets of HYDAC INTERNATIONAL, the process data can be added to your report.

Printing Reports

You can print your reports.

  1. Click Print Report.
  2. The Print Report dialog is displayed.
  3. In the Printer drop down list, select the printer. To allow automatic report printing in run mode, activate Automatic Printing in Run Mode to printer, and click Print Report.
