Data Results
You can view the analysis results in automatically generated results, for example tables. You can check the following results in Browse Results in the Results Documents area.
Legend for the placeholders:
- <Loop No>: Indicates the loop iteration in which the specimen analysis was performed. For a single sample, the loop number is 1, for multi samples, the numbering is incremented: loop no. = n.
AppliedParameter -<Loop No>
This table informs you about the acquisition parameters of microscope and camera and additional parameters to reproduce the analysis result.
Artifacts_Specimen-<Loop No>
This table informs you about the particle parameters of artifacts per single specimen, see NMI Field Based Inspection View, and select Artifacts.
<Standard>
This document informs you about the corresponding standard used for NMI analysis, see Standard Selection Tool.
<Standard>_InclusionTable_Specimen-<Loop No>
This table informs you about the inclusion results in terms of size and type per single specimen, see Specimen Overview Tool.
<Standard>_Method<Name of method>_Summary
This table informs you about the NMI analysis results per standard: the table provides the characteristic core values and rating results per method.
<Standard>_Oversized_Specimen-<Loop No>
This table informs you about the NMI results for oversized inclusions per single specimen, see NMI Global Results View, and activate Show Oversized Inclusions.
<Standard>StatisticsFieldBasedResults_Specimen-<Loop No>
This table informs you about the NMI analysis results per standard measuring field displayed per standard (rating result per inclusion type) in the NMI Field Based Inspection view, see NMI Field Based Inspection View.
<Standard>StatisticsGlobalResults_Specimen-<Loop No>
This table informs you about the statistic values (overarching inclusion types: oxide, sulfide) per specimen displayed in the Global Results view in the Detected Objects tool, see Detected Objects Tool.
<Standard>_StatisticsGlobalResults_Summary
This table informs you about the summarized global results statistic values.
InspectionViews_Specimen-<Loop No>
This document opens inspection views identical to the NMI GLOBAL RESULTS and the NMI FIELD BASED to inspect inclusions of the analyzed image, see NMI Field Based Inspection View and NMI Global Results View. Note: Only for result inspection. You cannot change the results.
ParticleTable_Original_Specimen-<Loop No>
This table contains a list of detected particles before grouping into inclusions. The detected artifacts including image analysis parameters are not considered.
ParticleTable_Specimen-<Loop No>
This table contains consolidated particle results without artifacts.
Zeiss Form NMI Overarching
This form displays the NMI input form with overarching information on all specimens, see Form Selection Tool.
ZEISS Form NMI Specimen-<Loop No>
This form displays the NMI input form with specific information per specimen, see Form Selection Tool.
Zeiss Report - NMI Analysis - Specimen-<Loop No>
This report displays detailed NMI analysis results per standard and specific method as well as the presentation of the largest inclusions per type per specimen.
Zeiss Report - NMI Analysis - Summary Report
This report displays detailed NMI analysis results for all specimen per standard and specific method as well as the presentation of the summarized results over all specimen.

Report
The information displayed in your reports is based on the report template of the standard ZEN core Report workbench.
If you have licensed the GxP module, you need to sign a report before saving it.
The software provides the following reports: specimen specific reports and one summary report. In each report, on the first page, you find general information.
Sample Specific Report
- First Page
- This section displays general information as well as sample and process related data entered to the specimen specific input form.
- Results Presentation
- This section displays detailed results per specimen in tables with method results and characteristic core values depending on the selected standard. Additionally, a table with information on oversized inclusions is displayed, but only for the following standards:
- ASTM E45
- ISO 4967
- JIS G 0555
- GB/T 10561
- If the analysis does not contain oversized inclusions, the message No Oversized Inclusions is displayed.
- Additionally, a gallery with largest inclusions per type depending on the selected standard is displayed.
- The gallery with the largest inclusions per type displays information on inclusion ID, global and standard specific type, length, and width.
Summary Report
- First Page
- This section displays overarching information as well as sample and process related data entered to the overarching input form.
- Results Presentation
- This section displays detailed results for all specimen in tables with method results and characteristic core values depending on the selected standard. Additionally, a table with information on oversized inclusions is displayed, but only for the following standards:
- ASTM E45
- ISO 4967
- JIS G 0555
- GB/T 10561
- If the analysis does not contain oversized inclusions, the message No Oversized Inclusions is displayed.
- The table with the oversized inclusions displays information per specimen on inclusion ID, field ID, material and specific type, and length and width.
- Summary Statistics
- In this section, a table with information on the inclusion type, total count, total area in mm2 and in % is displayed. If there are no oversized inclusions in a specimen, then N.A. is displayed.
