Legend for the placeholders:

  • <Loop No>: Indicates the loop iteration in which the specimen analysis was performed. For a single sample, the loop number is 1, for multi samples, the numbering is incremented: loop no. = n.

AppliedParameter -<Loop No>

This table informs you about the acquisition parameters of microscope and camera and additional parameters to reproduce the analysis result.

Artifacts_Specimen-<Loop No>

This table informs you about the particle parameters of artifacts per single specimen, see NMI Field Based Inspection View, and select Artifacts.

This table contains a list of detected particles before grouping into inclusions. The detected artifacts including image analysis parameters are not considered.
