The information displayed in your reports is based on the report template of the standard ZEN core Report workbench.

If you have licensed the GxP module, you need to sign a report before saving it.

The software provides the following reports: specimen specific reports and one summary report. In each report, on the first page, you find general information.

Sample Specific Report

  • First Page
  • This section displays general information as well as sample and process related data entered to the specimen specific input form.
  • Results Presentation
  • This section displays detailed results per specimen in tables with method results and characteristic core values depending on the selected standard. Additionally, a table with information on oversized inclusions is displayed, but only for the following standards:
  • ASTM E45
  • ISO 4967
  • JIS G 0555
  • GB/T 10561
  • If the analysis does not contain oversized inclusions, the message No Oversized Inclusions is displayed.
  • Additionally, a gallery with largest inclusions per type depending on the selected standard is displayed.
  • The gallery with the largest inclusions per type displays information on inclusion ID, global and standard specific type, length, and width.

Summary Report

  • This section displays overarching information as well as sample and process related data entered to the overarching input form.
  • Results Presentation
  • This section displays detailed results for all specimen in tables with method results and characteristic core values depending on the selected standard. Additionally, a table with information on oversized inclusions is displayed, but only for the following standards:
  • ASTM E45
  • ISO 4967
  • JIS G 0555
  • GB/T 10561
  • If the analysis does not contain oversized inclusions, the message No Oversized Inclusions is displayed.
  • The table with the oversized inclusions displays information per specimen on inclusion ID, field ID, material and specific type, and length and width.
  • Summary Statistics
  • In this section, a table with information on the inclusion type, total count, total area in mm2 and in % is displayed. If there are no oversized inclusions in a specimen, then N.A. is displayed.
