arivis Hub DMS Users in ZEN core

If you use the arivis Hub DMS as an archive in ZEN core, each arivis Hub DMS user must be assigned to a group that corresponds to its role in ZEN core, e.g. the Operators, Supervisors, or Administrators group.

  1. You have opened the user management interface, see Opening the User Management Interface.
  1. In the navigation menu on the left, click Users.
  2. A list of all users is displayed.
  3. Click Add user.
  4. The Create user page opens.
  5. Define a Username for the user. Also add the First name, Last name, and an Email address of the user.
  6. You have added general information about the new user.
  7. If the new user should be forced to take a particular action, go to Required user actions, and select the respective entry from the dropdown list, e.g. if the user has to update the password or verify the email address.
  8. You have defined a required action for the new user.
  9. To directly add the new user to a group, click Join Groups.
  10. The Select groups to join dialog opens.
  11. Select the group(s) the new user should be a part of and click Join.
  12. The dialog closes.
  13. Click Create.
  1. You have created a new user. You can now open the user by clicking on the name and then define further settlings.
