You can download the global custom metadata information of files in a project or folder as a csv file. Note that the download only contains metadata for all files that are located in the respective folder or project, files in subfolders are not included.

  1. Navigate to the project and folder where you want to download the information, and click the context menu icon for the project or folder.
  2. The context menu is displayed.
  3. Click Export/Import metadata as CSV.
  4. A dialog is displayed.
  5. Click Download CSV.
  6. The metadata is downloaded as a csv. You can edit and expand the metadata and upload the changed file to apply metadata changes to the server, see Uploading Metadata as CSV.
