1. You have an analysis pipeline and suitable images.

1. Navigate to your folder and select the images you want to analyze.
2. The options in the Data Toolbar are displayed.
2. In the Data Toolbar, click the Run button.
3. A page for pipeline selection opens and displays available pipelines.
3. Select a pipeline and click Use pipeline.
4. An overview page opens. If selected images do not match the required properties for the pipeline, a message is displayed, and the respective images are indicated in the list.
4. Check all settings and selected images and click Run analysis pipeline.
5. The analysis run starts as defined. The status and results can be checked in the Analysis Runs view.
