Menu Bar

Here you can switch to the different main views, see Menu Bar.

Analysis Result List

Displays the images of your analysis run. The tool bar above the list offers functionality like selecting which columns to display and their order, see Result List Tool Bar. The status column displays the state for the individual image. You can resize the list to have more space allocated to the image viewer, and have a context menu for each individual entry, see Result List Context Menu. If you have selected a single image, it is displayed in the image viewer to the right.

Image Viewer

If you have selected a single image in the list, the image is displayed with the standard image viewer and the respective controls, see User Interface Image Viewer. You can also view your segmentation results in the viewer.

Heatmap

Displays a heatmap of the analysis results for each well. With the drop-down you can select which Feature is visualized. This view option is only visible if the Aggregate Features operation is in the analysis pipeline and you have performed the analysis on a well plate image. The heatmap is synchronized with the result tabs, clicking on a result highlights the respective entry in the currently result tab and vice versa.

Result Tabs

Displays the two tabs Well-Level Results and Field-Level Results, where you can see the analysis results for the well or field level. These view options are only visible if the Aggregate Features operation is in the analysis pipeline and you have performed the analysis on a well plate image.

Information Panel

Here you can show or hide the Information panel which displays information about the respective item. The information is grouped into different expandable/collapsible sections, including dedicated sections for information about the analysis run and the used pipeline, see Information Panel.
