Projects & Data View

When you enter arivis Hub DMS, you see the Projects & Data view. There, you can browse and explore all files that you have uploaded or allowed to see. On the highest level, data on arivis Hub DMS is structured in projects. For detailed information about data handling and interaction, see Data Management.

If you are a user that is part of a group with the Viewer role, the interaction with the data is limited. You can only open the respective projects and folders and view the images. All interactions that are not possible are greyed out.

Additionally, depending on your license, the available file size and number of files available on arivis Hub DMS can be limited. A warning message is displayed once the limits are reached. The file size limitation also includes data in the recycle bin.

Menu Bar

Here you can switch between the different main views, see Menu Bar.

2

Data Area

Here you can see and select the different projects, folders and files that are saved on arivis Hub DMS. By default, you can only see projects and folders created by you and files uploaded by you. The name of the owner of the data is directly displayed in the area. If you have sufficient privileges, for example as an administrator, you might see all files on the server, including those of other users. The number of visible items per page can be set with the dropdown on the bottom right. To manage the display, you can use controls in the toolbar, for example to change the view, sort data, or upload new files, see Data Toolbar. The Back button in the top left navigates back to the last opened page, based on the browser history.
