Accessing arivis Hub DMS

Time Deviation

In the very unlikely event that there is a time deviation greater than five minutes between the client and the server, the authentication of the client fails for security reasons. In this case working with arivis Hub DMS is not possible. You have to fix the system time of the client and/or server before a retry.

Your arivis Hub DMS is accessible via web browser.

  1. Open a web browser on your PC, enter the URL of your server and press Enter.
  2. The login page of your server is loaded.
  3. Enter your Username or email, your Password, and click Sign In.
  4. The arivis Hub DMS opens and displays the available projects.

Changing Password

  1. Click on your username in the top right corner.
  2. The user menu is displayed.
  3. Click Change password.
  4. A new browser tab for Keycloack account management opens.
  5. For My password, click Update.
  6. The Update password window opens.
  7. Enter your new password in both input fields and click Submit.
  1. You have changed your password.

Logging Out

  1. Click on your username in the top right corner.
  2. The user menu is displayed.
  3. Click Log out.
  4. You are logged out and redirected to the login page.
