Gallery

Only visible if the opened file contains multiple images.

Displays the individual images of the file. In case of a multi-well acquisition, this area displays a well plate where you can select the individual wells.

Zoom

Adapts the zoom level for the displayed data.

Compact

Activated: Displays only the wells which contain images.

Deactivated: Displays the full well plate.

Field

Selects the field.

Navigator

Displays the image and the image part currently visible in the image area. This currently visible area of the image is illustrated by a white box. Moving the box with pressed left mouse button to a new position updates the image area. With the slider or input field, you can adapt the zoom level of the image. The two buttons above the image enable you to directly zoom to 100 percent (1:1) or to fit the view (Fit).

Dimensions

Enables you to move through the different dimensions of your image, e.g. to view the different z-planes or time points.

Player

Enables you to automatically move through the image dimensions with a player functionality. You can move through the image in both directions, with different speed and also set a loop.
