Defining a Lightfield 4D Multi-Position Experiment without the Tiles Advanced Setup
- You have set up one or more Lightfield 4D tracks, see Setting Up a Lightfield 4D Track without Smart Setup or Setting Up a Lightfield 4D Track with Smart Setup.
- On the Acquisition tab, activate Tiles.
- The Tiles tool is available in the Multidimensional Acquisition section.
- Click Live.
- A live acquisition starts and the live image is displayed in the Center Screen Area.
- Use the available controls, for example in the Stage and Focus tool, to move to a position you want to add for your experiment and press F10.
- You added the position to the experiment and it is displayed in the table of the Tiles tool.
- Repeat the previous step until you have added all required positions to your experiment, then click Stop.
- The live acquisition stops.
- To change z-values of your positions or verify them, see Adjusting Z-Values of Positions.
- The z-values are changed or verified.
- Start your experiment by clicking Start Experiment, or continue setting up other parameters for your Lightfield 4D experiment, see Setting Up and Starting a Lightfield 4D Experiment.
- You have defined multiple positions for your experiment.
