Parameter		Description
Search		Searches the database for the term entered in the text field.
Tags		Opens an input field to filter images based on their tags, see Filtering Connect Projects and Images in ZEN Data Storage.
–	Search Field	Searches the image tags for the input of this field
–	Or	Activated: Applies a logical Or operator if multiple tags are selected in the list below and filters for all images that contain at least one of the selected tags.
–	And	Activated: Applies a logical And operator if multiple tags are selected in the list below and filters only images that contain all selected tags.
–	Tag List	Displays all available tags. Filters the documents in ZEN Data Storage based on the activated tags of this list.
–	Clear	Clears all filter criteria for tags.
Options		Displays a filter panel with metadata, see Filtering Connect Projects and Images in ZEN Data Storage.
File Dropdown		Selects which files are displayed in the table below. If you have access to collections, they are also displayed as an option in the dropdown, see Creating a Collection for Data.
–	All Files	Displays all accessible data.
–	My Files	Displays only my images or projects.
–	Files Shared With Me	Displays all files that are shared with me, including public images/projects.
Document Table		Displays all available images or ZEN Connect projects and information about them. The table entries can be sorted according to each individual column. You can customize the view of the table by toggling the visibility of individual columns, see Configuring the Stored Documents Table. The displayed information for the images are extracted from the image metadata. If you have configured ZEN Data Storage to extract custom metadata, they can also be displayed as columns. For information about configuring custom metadata, see the installation guide of ZEN Data Storage. Additional functionality for the images or projects is provided by an extra right click menu, see Stored Documents Right Click Menu.
–	Preview	Displays the preview of the image.
–	File Name	Displays the file name and the format of the image. You can sort the file names alphabetically.
–	Original File Name	Displays the original file name in case you have uploaded the image as a third party image with the ZEN Data Storage Uploader.
–	File Size	Displays the file size.
–	Software Application	Displays with which software application the image was acquired.
–	Software Application Version	Displays the version of the software application.
–	Created Date	Displays the creation day.
–	Last Changed	Displays at what date the image was last changed.
–	Shared	Displays if the file is shared with others.
–	Comment	Displays a comment.
–	Microscope Type	Displays the type of the microscope.
–	Microscope Name	Displays the user defined custom name of the microscope.
–	System Name	Displays the system name.
–	Objective Name	Displays the name of the objective.
–	Objective Magnification	Displays the objective magnification.
–	Reflector	Displays the reflector.
–	Channel Name	Displays the name of the channel.
–	Camera Name	Displays the name of the camera.
–	Scaling	Displays the scaling.
–	Imaging Light Source Name	Displays the name of the imaging light source.
Share and Manage Access		Opens the Share and Manage Access dialog to directly share the selected file with a user or group, see Sharing Data Directly With Users and Groups.
Add to Collection		Opens the Add to Collection dialog to share the selected files with a collection, see Adding Data to a Collection.
Delete Document		Deletes the selected documents from the database.

Parameter		Description
Z-Position		Only available for z-stack images. Selects which z-slice is displayed in the preview.
Time		Only available for time series images. Selects which time point is displayed in the preview.
Preview Image Control		Only visible, if the selected image document contains attachments (e.g. a thumbnail, label or preview scans) like for Axioscan images. Selects which image is displayed in the preview area by using the arrows or clicking on the small circles. The small circles also display a tooltip indicating what kind of image it is (e.g. Label).
Metadata		Displays a section with metadata of the selected image.
–	Tags	Displays and edits tags for the image. For more information, see Adding and Deleting Tags for ZEN Data Storage Images.
–	Image Metadata	Displays metadata for the currently selected image. The metadata is synchronized with the displayed columns in the stored data section on the left.
Open		Opens the image or project in ZEN.
Cancel		Closes the dialog without opening a file.

1	Stored Data Displays the data available in ZEN Data Storage (images or ZEN Connect projects) and provides functionality to filter the data, see Stored Data Section.
2	Image Preview Displays a preview of the currently selected image. This functionality is only available if you try to open images from the data storage, there is no preview available for ZEN Connect projects. For image documents that contain attachments like thumbnails, label or preview scans, a special control in the Image Control Section allows you to switch the view to those attachments.
3	Image Control Section Displays metadata information and controls for the image preview as well as the general controls to open the selected data or close the dialog, see Image Control Section.
