Search

Searches the database for the term entered in the text field.

Tags

Opens an input field to filter images based on their tags.

Search Field

Searches the image tags for the input of this field.

Or

Activated: Applies a logical Or operator if multiple tags are selected in the list below and filters for all images that contain at least one of the selected tags.

And

Activated: Applies a logical And operator if multiple tags are selected in the list below and filters only images that contain all selected tags.

Tag list

Displays all available tags. Filters the documents in ZEN Data Storage based on the activated tags of this list.

Clear

Clears all filter criteria for tags.

File Dropdown

Selects which files are displayed in the table below. If you have access to collections, they are also displayed as an option in the dropdown.

All

Displays all accessible data.

My Data

Displays only my images or projects.

Shared With Me

Displays all files that are shared with me, including public images/projects.

Document Table

Displays all available images and information about them. The information for the images is extracted from the metadata. The table entries can be sorted according to each individual column. You can customize the view of the table with a right click into the header to toggle the visibility of individual columns.

If you have configured ZEN Data Storage to extract custom metadata, they can also be displayed as columns. For information about configuring custom metadata, see the installation guide of ZEN Data Storage.

Preview

Displays the preview of the image.

File Name

Displays the file name and the format of the image. You can sort the file names alphabetically.

Original File Name

Displays the original file name in case you have uploaded the image as a third party image with the ZEN Data Storage Uploader.

File Size

Displays the file size.

Software Application

Displays with which software application the image was acquired.

Software Application Version

Displays the version of the software application.

–

Created Date

Displays the creation day.

–

Last Changed

Displays at what date the image was last changed.

Shared

Displays if the file is shared with others. For information on sharing job results, see Adding Job Results to Collections in Browse Results or Sharing Job Results Directly With Users and Groups.

Comment

Displays a comment.

Microscope Name

Displays the name of the microscope.

System Name

Displays the system name.

Objective Name

Displays the name of the objective.

Objective Magnification

Displays the objective magnification.

Displays the reflector.

Channel Name

Displays the name of the channel.

Camera Name

Displays the name of the camera.
